- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have been with AA Munro since 2011. I have made every payment without issue. Today I received notice that my policy was being cancelled as of 12:01am ... come to find out it was because of a clerical error on AA Munro's behalf. They told me I had to come in and pay nearly $200 in non-payment fees or else my home insurance is cancelled as of midnight. I told her this was beyond unacceptable that no one made ANY effort in the last two months to contact me despite my phone number being on file. Worst customer service experience, ever. Not to mention the policy they "rolled" me into was +300/year more expensive than my last, despite having 0 claims since I've purchased the home. Absolutely deplorable.by Bree PhilippeJuly 02, 2017
